CONTRACT
No contract will exist between you and Madame acidulée for the sale of a product unless and until Madame acidulée has accepted your order with a confirmation email and full payment is taken from your card credit/debit or via Twint.

We also reserve the right to refuse delivery of your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if the ordered item is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is a shipping error. price or content. PAYMENT

The prices to be paid for the jewelry ordered are those indicated on our website in CHF (Swiss francs). Delivery charges will be displayed when selected and included in the total order cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Madame Acidulée allows a period of 12 hours to cancel your order after full payment. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Madame Acidulée will be completed upon full payment.
To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision by e-mail (hello@madameacidulee.ch) using the subject 'Termination/Cancellation' and providing your order number
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All packages must be opened immediately upon receipt to verify that the merchandise is intact and in good condition. You acknowledge that if you fail to do so and subsequently discover that the jewelry has been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the delivery service.
Accordingly, if you fail to do so, you agree that you will be solely responsible for such damages and that you waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us by email (hello@madameacidulee.ch) or complete the contact form within 7 working days, mentioning your order number in the subject line. . We will help you resolve any problem as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the defective item has been returned to us by post.
EXCHANGES AND REFUND
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us by email (hello@madameacidulee.ch) or via the contact form.
We allow you a window of 5 business days from the date of shipment to exchange any merchandise.
In the case of an exchange, the jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn (condition judged by the designer) otherwise we grant ourselves the right to refuse the exchange of the item.
No refund can be made, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the returned merchandise.
RING SPECIALTY
If you know your ring size but it is not in the proposals, you can communicate it to us by indicating it in the "comment" field when confirming the order. Be sure of your size when ordering a ring.
Rings ordered on this site with a special size cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size.
To avoid this kind of inconvenience, do not hesitate to measure your ring size correctly using the Ring Sizer application.
GUARANTEE
Madame acidulée jewelry is under warranty for the first year following the date of the order, for any manufacturing error (validated under proof by the designer).
Obviously excluded from the guarantee: loss, theft, any inappropriate use such as poor maintenance, improper handling, damage or non-compliance with the required conditions.
If your product breaks or encounters a problem during the first year, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or by e-mail (hello@madameacidulee.ch). However, transport costs are at your expense.
MANUFACTURING TIME AND DELIVERY
Remember to anticipate your orders in advance, especially during busy periods - such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, for example - which is likely to extend the lead time by a few additional days.
For orders that contain multiple pieces of jewelry, they will be sent in the same package. Madame acidulée is committed to supporting a local jewelry workshop. This is why they are only sent to Switzerland.
